Ravenna has powerful out-of-the-box analytics available in the app.
To access reporting, log into the Ravenna web app at app.ravenna.ai
On the left hand side, click Analytics. Here you'll see several tabs that will start to populate as soon as you start creating and managing tickets.
The first tab in the dashboard is Tickets, which gives you an overview of tickets created. This includes tickets from Slack channels and DM's, email, as well as tickets created directly from the Ravenna web app:
Next we have Agent, which shows agent metrics:
Then Efficiency, which shows how efficiently your team is resolving tickets:
Then Requests, which allows you to drill down into what queues your tickets are coming from:
Finally, you have SLA metrics. To set SLAs, go to your Request Type settings on the left nav:
