In Ravenna you can create custom fields to gather specific information you'd like to track on a ticket.

Here's how to add custom fields in Ravenna:

On the left-hand navigation menu, click on Request Types.

If you don't already have a request type, click on Create Request Type and follow the prompts to set it up.

Once you've created or selected a request type, click on it. You will be taken to the Form section.

In the Form section, click on Add Field.

Click on Select Field, and a dropdown menu will appear. From here, you can either choose one of the predefined fields or Select the last option to Create New Custom Field.

Enter a Label (the name of the field) a Description (explain what information is needed) and select a Type of field (text, dropdown, date, etc.).

Once all details are added, click Save.

You can repeat the above steps to add as many fields as needed to your ticket form, which is now also added to the request type. Custom fields can be shared globally across multiple request types, or you can specify that they are only available to one specific request type.

You can also mix predefined fields and custom fields to design the perfect form for your request type.
