If you're looking to use Ravenna to manage email requests, you're in the right spot. Ravenna enables your team to turn emails into tickets that are managed in Slack, with a full 2 way sync of every comment. That means you can respond to the request in Slack and the message is sent back to the end user as an Email. Nifty, eh? Here's how to set it up:
Setting Up Email for Your Queue
Select your queue from the left navigation panel.
Click on Queue Settings, then go to the Email section.
Toggle on Allow inbound emails to be sent to this queue—this enables ticket creation via email.
Now that your queue is set up, send an email to the generated address with the details of your request. Whatever you include in the subject and body of the email will be captured as part of the ticket.
Ticket updates and responses made in Slack are sent back to the end user via email as you'd expect.
