With Ravenna's "Snooze" feature, you can temporarily hide tickets until a specified date. This helps you declutter your queue and focus on what's most important, knowing that snoozed tickets will reappear when needed. Here’s how to snooze a ticket and manage snoozed tickets in your queue:
Go to the "Tickets" tab in Ravenna app and locate the ticket you want to snooze.
Click the three dots (•••) on the far-right side of the selected ticket, and from the dropdown menu, select Snooze.
A calendar picker will appear. Choose the date when you’d like the ticket to reappear in your queue.
Once you’ve selected the date, the ticket will be temporarily hide until the specified date.
Viewing Snoozed Tickets
To review or manage tickets that have been snoozed:
Go to the Tickets tab.
Use the filter at the top of the page to select the "Snooze Until" option and select the date.
This will show you all tickets snoozed and their scheduled reappearance dates.
Helpful Tips
Snoozing is perfect for tickets that don’t require immediate action but shouldn’t be forgotten.
You can change the snooze date by following the same steps and selecting a new date.
Use the "Snooze Until" filter to prioritize your upcoming tasks.
