How to group your tickets within a View

Organizing your tickets by date, status, assignee, priority or status makes it easy to look at a specific cohort of tickets. Here's how to use views to to group your tickets:

On the left-hand navigation bar, select Tickets to view your ticket list.

In the top-right corner of the Tickets page, you'll see a button labeled View Options.

Click on the View Options button, and then select Group.
​

After clicking, a dropdown menu will appear with several grouping options. Select the option that you'd like to group by and your tickets will group themselves within the view. Here's an example of grouping by created Month:
